Greatness is a virtue. It is the art of attaching to people of higher intelligence and learning from them. It is the art of staying ahead; ahead of your competitors.
The greatest asset a man can posses is the knowledge of the best course of action to take at every point in time in our journey through life. Sometimes, we make good decisions, sometimes we make bad decisions; however, we must learn from our decisions so as to become greater in life. While we learn from these decisions, we need to pray to God to give us better understanding of the course of action in all events in our lives.
Greatest asset is the knowledge of the truth.
Successful people do not leave their lives on assumptions. It is pertinent to update yourself on information, posses adequate know-how in certain areas to emerge successful and great.
Knowledge is the understanding and skills that can be acquired through learning or practical experiences. It is better via learning; it is of no use re-inventing the wheel, modification of the wheel for better is the ultimate. Consequently, learning is very important.
Greatness is neither a function desire nor a function of luck; rather, it is a result of constant acquisition and application of required knowledge. It is a choice; a choice between acquisition of knowledge and display of ignorance. In noble professions, the bests are the people with deeper insights and understanding about their profession.
Knowledge is strength - Proverb 24:5.
Another part of greatness is understanding. Understanding is the correct application of knowledge - application of sophisticated intelligence to solve practical problems. Understanding comes in different stages, for business - a young entrepreneur should learn the intricacies of the business first before the tricks of the trade.
